Use the D-Pad, press up for heavy weapon, right for pistols and sub-machine guns and left for explosives. Press down to call black market opreative.
On the PC, 1 and 2 will swap between your two one-handed weapons, while holding 2 will put you in dual-weild mode. 3 will draw your two-handed weapon, 4 is the beacon for the black market dealer.
Pressing G will switch between grenades and triggered explosives; you throw these with the right mouse button, and detonate the latter by holding the button.
