1)You must first take the phone and connect it to your computer using the usb cable provided when you purchased the phone.
2)Next your device will prompt you to connect to the computer or charge only.
3)Select the option to connect to the computer. Sometimes it may say mass storage. If it does that is okay.
4)Select mass storage.
5)Next the computer will prompt you to install drivers if you have not done so already.
5)Click okay when prompted.
6)Next select view files only from the drop down menu displayed.
7)Once you are viewing the files you should see a file that says SD CARD. Double click to open this file.
8)Once this file is open you should see a file that says DOWNLOAD.
9)Double click to open this file. Now you are ready to copy the file.
10)Find the file on your computer and right click on top of it.
11)Now select COPY.
12)Next go to the file you found named Download and right click inside that file. Now select paste.
13) The file should now be transfered to the phone.
14)Now close all files and follow the safety device removal procedures for you particular computer.
