Take out the fuse in fuse box
: you get the plug and in sted of push srew then pull when you reach the fuse slowy pull apart the rest of the lighter then and when all that is left is the oil and the fuse take the fuse out carfully.
a fuse is important because if there is a overload of energy the fuse will take it in and if the fuse blows it means there is a problem or a thecnical problem with that source. a fuse can be found in a series circuit.

take the fuse out and look for the filimate to be broken or take a 12 volt test light and with the car switched on check both ends of the fuse if only one end lights up then the fuse is blown.

It takes a 35 amp blade type automotive fuse
you take it out
Open the fuse box (left lower dashboard), take out the fuse, put in a new one.
Typically it should not be. The fuse should be located in the home fuse box with its a slot particular to itself. I take it that you are referring to central air.
Pull the ECM fuse or the injector fuse , or you can pull the fuel pump relay out of it .... all will keep it from starting
