Use scroll bars to get the desired part of the webpage in the active window (so you can see it) press PrtSc - usually on the top row of keys - stands for Print Screen. Then go to START - programs - accessories - PAINT. Look for the PASTE icon, if not select EDIT - PASTE. The image of the webpage you selected will appear.
