7 in. Novel, insert a small slotted screwdriver in the slot running the width on the back of the unit (about 1/4 down from the top). Turn the screwdriver clockwise and the bottom part of the cover will move downward and begin to open. Go to another part of the slot and do same. The cover will come off.

I dont think the pandigital novel is going to tell you how to do that. but you cant just take a video link and put it straight into your pandigital novel. It wont work that way (unless you have wifi on your pandigital novel). but I know how to do it. first you must connect the pandigital novel to your computer and register it on your computer. but if you did that already then go to the website: WWW.Videocenneti.com. that webside lets you covert youtbue videos to mp4 videos since you can only download mp4 videos to pandigital novel. then you can paste a youtube video link in the thingy and click on the "download" button and wait. If its taking more than 6 seconds to load it means your not using a video from youtube. if it loads quickly then click on the "download mp4" button and save it. and then wait for it to download. it may take a minute. you can download more than one video at the same time. and then when its done downloading you can send it to your pandigital novel, or one of its folders. keep in mind though that you can only download videos that are from youtube.
