You can try to bleach them to take away the color
If I were you, I'd take it to the cleaners and have them do it. It sounds too tricky to try at home.
Put them in the washing machine on a gentle COLD wash. A hot wash can melt and take apart the seams on converse.. W/ specific stains Vanish or another stain removal soap / spray can help to remove if they are stubborn stains. It is a good idea to put the shoes inside an old pillow case and maybe stick a towel or two in the wash so they don't hit off the washing machine too much and get damaged. For the laces, take them out and just soak them in bleach and hand wash them. This is how I've cleaned mine.
Grass stains or food stains.
water does not take out stains , mostly because of the fact that water wets something and honestly makes the stain worse, life would be easier if we could get stains out with water.
I have heard that it removes deep stains. It problably removes surface stains too. I have deep stains and crest whitestrips somewhat removed them but im going to bleach them soon.

You can leave bleach on the hair for up to an hour. After this it will not work. You have to make a fresh batch. The more time that the bleach is out in the air the less time you have to put it on the hair. The ends are dark because there is more of a build up of colour there. You will have to do this on a few separate occasions. Because your hair is black the bleach will take longer to take the colour out. Black changes to red, the orange then blonde, it does take longer to get black out.

Hydrogen peroxide will remove blood stains in many situations. Pour it on the stain and it bubbles up, blot, and repeat as necessary. Take care not to allow it to bleach out the fabric, it is a bleach.

A LOT. and you shouldn't go from black to bleach. It's not good for your hair. But if you do, just make sure you take good care of it so it doesn't fall out. And if you want to save money , Sally's has awesome bleach in a big tub for cheap!
There are two solutions that work. First white vinegar will take these stains off and also use a weak alcohol solution this will help as well.
Most converse shoes can be washed in the washing machine, such as canvas Chuck Taylor's. Other converse may need a suede or nu buck cleaner to take out stains and maintain the shoe's looks.
