You can take care of yourself by doing a few simple things. Eat a balanced diet that does not contain a lot of fat and sugar. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, Get plenty of fresh air, exercise and sleep.
to take care of our health we should follow the following ways- 1) we should brush our teeth atleast twice a day. 2) we should bath atlest once a day. 3) we should keep our house,surroundings,etc. clean. 4)we should pray god everyday and always keep good feelings of others. 5) we should always meditate in the morning. while meditating we should always say in mind that i am a peaceful soul. meditate atleast for 15 minutes. 6) we should always checkup to a doctor in the end of every month. 7) we should bow down to our parents and touch their feet everyday. in end of every month we also should bow down to our guru(teacher) and touch their feet. 8) we should always speak the truth. 9) always do a arranged marriage. if you follow the above routine you will always succeed in your life and you will always become healthy.
