Nope, not at all. The baby will be born but will not age up to a toddler unless you do it manually with cheats or enable aging.

Aging(on/off) : turns off sims aging. help-all :brings up all cheats. maxNumOfVisitingSims8 :lets you invite more sims to your parties. That's all I know, if you want more info then go onto Google,ask,or dogpile, you should probly use dogpile though it has better cheats, type in the box sims 2 cheats and you should get a TON of cheats.
