It doesn't exist. Now a RUGER, Mark 1 you can get a manual for from the company website.
The Ruger .22 Mark I, with serial number 15-41003, was manufactured in 1970. Ruger typically produced the Mark I series from 1950 to 1982, with serial numbers providing a way to determine the year of production.
