You cannot ''disconect'' facebookfrom your computer or laptop.Like any other website, it remains there. Why would you want Facebook off your computer???Although i guess you could block it.
Facebook is not on your computer. Facebook is a website, and all you have to do is stop visiting the website. If your home page is set to Facebook, then go to another page and then go to your browser settings and make the new page the home page.
If you mean remove it from your email, then you would need to log into Facebook and go to your settings and remove the notifications in there. Then delete the messages that you already have in your email that you don't want.
If you mean to stop using Facebook, then you can go to your account settings and suspend your account. You can restore it just by logging back in. Now if you are having privacy problems, then first go into Facebook and delete or remove whatever you can. Remove permissions to apps, delete things you said on 3rd party sites, remove what you said on your wall, delete photos, etc. Then suspend your account or contact them and demand permanent deletion.
