How do you set the clock in 2007 equinox..Take it off military time
Go to Settings > Date & time, then uncheck Use 24-hour format.
I don't know if it originally comes from the military, but I do know it is a common saying in the military. When watchstanders assume the watch, they must be at their station 15 minutes prior to the scheduled relief time for a watch turnover (summary of happenings during the previous watch) so the offgoing watchstander should be able to give a turnover and be off watch at the time the oncoming watchstander is scheduled to assume the watch. If the oncoming watchstander is not there 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the watch and instead arrives at the scheduled time they are late. If they are there 15 minutes prior to the watch, thereby being early for the scheduled time, they are on time.

The two bars on the front of many of the styles of the Baby G watch are not to be taken off the watch. They are there to absorb shocks, so that the watch's crystal remains undamaged.
In order to take a back off of a Kahuna watch, you must use a small Phillip's screwdriver and remove the tiny screws keeping the back in place. Once you have accomplished that, the back should easily slide off.

Default mode: the mode button controls the different functions of the watch. time, alarm time, stopwatch, timeset, alarmset, in a repeating cycle. Press and hold the lap/reset button will show the alarm time again, but it will hold there. While holding this lap/reset button, press the start/stop button (labeled). This will turn on (or off) the alarm (tiny indicator). Press this start/stop button repeatedly (while still holding the lap/reset button and you will see the indicator turning on and off with each press. Stop this button pressing with the indicator OFF, let up on the lap/reset button, and the time will return to the screen. The alarm will now be OFF. Hourly chime on/Off: 1.) Press and hold the lap/reset button (bottom right) to display alarm time 2.) While holding lap/reset button, press the mode button (bottom left) 3.) If the all the day of week indicators our lit, beep is on. If they are all off, beep is off. military time: 1. When setting the time on your watch, IF you watch can change to Military time(and most can) 2. when you are adjusting the hours go through a full 24 hour cycle. You'll notice that the 2nd time through it is on military time.. 3rd time through back to 12 hour day AM/PM cycle .. 4th time back to Military. So you can do this as many times as it takes to get to the right time .. In 24 hour time you will see an "H" displayed where you normally see and "A" for AM and "P" for pm. This is all my Athletic Works watch does. So there is no more instruction. This, therefore constitutes the instruction manual.
