You should try to get all of the remaining acrylic off. then soak your nails in acetone then scrub them with a nail scrubber push back cuticles put some nail oil on then a clear coat of polish and let them recouperate for awhile no biting or anything else.

This is a complex yet simple question to answer. Obviously because your nails are damaged from artificial nail removal over many years (I'm assuming at least a decade or two of nail removal) your nails are likely in bad shape. Sadly, this is bad and nails will become damaged. Understandably this is depressing because nobody would like damaged nails, especially due to artificial nail removal over many years.
Thankfully there is a simple solution to this. If you take a look at your nails that are badly damaged from artificial nail removal over many years then you will see they are damaged. This is bad because they are damaged from artificial nail removal over many years and they are damaged and nobody likes damaged nails.
My simple solution lies in the idea that if you look at your nails (which are damaged from artificial nail removal after many years) then compare them to those that are damaged after many years of artificial nail removal and you will see that they are not so different, being in that they are nails that are damaged from years of artificial nail removal.
