If you are running Windows XP, you have to use the password reset trick. When turning on your computer, press F8 as you see your computer manufacturer's Splash screen. When the screen appears, Press F8 again. Using your arrow keys, select Safe Mode with Command prompt from the menu. Log on to the computer as administrator. Go to Start>Run and type cmd and press enter. Type net user and a list of users should come up. Remember the account that you want to change its password's User name. type net user and then this user name, then * with a space after it. Hit enter. Enter a new password, and you're good to go. Restart the computer. If you are running Windows 7, you will need to Factory Reset your computer. Look online for info on how to do this for your specific computer.
