On the left-hand side of the webpage there should be a picture of your buddy. Below that there is a button which says "Customize Buddy". Click on this button and you should automatically go to the place where you customize your clothes, mouth/nose, or even personality traits.
For example, if you wanted to take off a hat, keep clicking one arrow until in the bottom right-hand corner (where the names of the items usually are) it says "Misc set to Hat Free". Now you should have no hat on. You can also do this to any other item of clothing.
