There is a special tool that is designed for this but, if you have patience, you can get away with a couple of screw drivers. There is a wire clip that needs to be removed at the base of the crank. It's a little hard to get to but, if you push the door panel in a little, you should be able to get to it. Disconnect the wire clip and the crank should pull off.
