You can make a movie on your PC using the Windows Movie Maker program which is already installed on your system.(If you have Windows 7 operating system, you can download Windows Live Movie Maker)
If you are using Windows 7 Movie Maker, it is a Windows Live Essentials version of the Windows Movie Maker 2.6 version. It is a 'stripped-down' version with limited features and functionality. Bottom line - you can't do much with Windows Live Movie Maker, including insertion of WordArt.
Im not sure if its different on any other versions of windows, but on windows 7 you save the movie for the computer. Then windows dvd maker recognises the file type. You are then able to add a menu to the movie. Hope this helps :) ♥
You can't animate in Windows Movie Maker. You can only use animations in the program.

No. You can't use Windows DVD Maker to upload videos with. But you can upload videos to YouTube using Windows Live Movie Maker.
Rip the music from the CD (using the feature in Windows Media Player). Once you have the files on your computer, locate and import them into Windows Movie Maker.
You have to Publish the video first (that is exporting). The process changes the Windows Movie Maker file to a Standard viewing format (and not a project file).
