No, Sony Vegas supported to import follow video formats: DV, AVCHD, HDV, SD/HD-SDI, and all XDCAM
Sony Vegas may take a long time to render due to the complexity of the video project, the quality settings chosen for rendering, the processing power of the computer, and the amount of effects or edits applied to the video.
You can use video editing software such as Sony Vegas or even Windows Movie Maker which can be found in most of Microsoft OSes.
We have Sony Vegas 8 Pro and it edits HD footage. I don't know about 7.
Sony Vegas may take a long time to render videos because it processes and combines multiple layers of video, effects, and audio to create a high-quality final product. This complex rendering process requires significant computational power and time to ensure the video is rendered accurately and without errors.
Sorry, it doesn't have a video recorder.
the higher the quality you render the longer it will take to render as you're making the computer do more work, but on the plus side the better or newer the computer the faster.
The Sony Handycam HDRXR520V can take both photos and video in full 1080p resolution.
Sorry, hun, I believe it isn't possible. Having Vegas Platinum 11, it came with a program called Sound Forge Audio Studio. If you got that, you should take a look at it and play with it a bit. Then you can produce an autotuned effect. And having used Vegas myself for over two years, I have learned how to play with the audio settings to get the processed part of autotune and fix the tune a little. You may need to touch-up in other programs uch as Audacity or Sound Forge, though. Good luck.
Sony Vegas accepts most file formats. However, some people have had difficulty with mp4 formats with Sony. I've always suggested converting them to another format you are sure is compatible with the program instead of enduring the frustration of trying to figure out why certain ones don't work.

When using your Sony 8mm video camera, you will want to take the lighting of the room or area into consideration. Many people will just turn the camera on and begin taping their loved ones and friends. Unfortunately, the person may be left with a horrible-looking video that is blurry and out-of-focus. It is so important to take the video in indoor lighting or shaded outdoor lighting. If you point your Sony video camera into direct sunlight, it will take the equipment a few seconds to focus back onto normal light and because of this, you could lose valuable time when taping your loved ones.
