take the three torque screws out of hub then in there is a round clip i used a flat screw driver and a straight pick like an ice pick , hold it with flat screw driver and pry under one end with the pick
try turning the key over It could just be that the arm for the lock inside the door has come off, you will need a new retaining clip before you take the door panel off to repair it.

The clip can be removed by prying the teeth of the clip from the lever with your finger. At this point, the lock can be removed completely. To replace, the opposite must be done.
