If you have already knocked down the cherry bomb from the tree, you only have a certain amount of time before it explodes. Don't worry, it won't hurt your poptropican, but you will have to get a whole new bomb from the tree. So, maybe you've noticed there are some bouncy plants down in there, on some of the lower levels. Once you've knocked down the bomb from the tree, push it off the level you're on. Sometimes it'll take a few tries to get the bomb to land on one of the bouncy plants, bt once it does, normally it will land on the top level. Push it ovr to the behind-bars spy you've been trying to free. By now the bomb's fuse should be pretty short. Wait a few minutes, and KA-BAM! The cherry bomb has exploded and busted through the bars of the cage. Now the female spy gives you a piece of equipment. Hmmm...where could this be useful?

You have to get it up to the cage. This is done using the two bouncy Trampoline Flowers. Push the cherry bomb left onto the first one, and it is thrown up and right. Use the flower or jump up to where it landed, and push it left again, until it drops next to the second Trampoline Flower. Pushing it onto the second flower, it is hurled up to the cage. You have to follow it up, again, and shove it closer to the lock. You cannot be injured and have as many cherry bombs as you need to succeed. (Watch out for the carnivorous plants!)
