If you mean the whole headlight assembly, the following link will work for you. It helped immensely when I had to take the whole assembly off my 98 to replace the lift gear.

You don't want to know, If you are asking this question you should take the car to a shop and have them do it as the rear axle and exhaust both have to come out of the car.
I've got a '91 firebird formula. Order the lights from a part store, got mine from discount auto. put the headlights up, unscrew and remove the headlight casings unplug the old lights and put in the new - replace the casings. if you can't do it yourself, they're likely to do it for free at discount auto. and if you feel your headlights are aimed right, take it to a mechanic.
start pullin screws till its off
I use 10W-30
you usually have to take apart the entire dash to get to it
about 2 hours
It's inside the gas tank and you have to take the tank down to get to it.
you need to find the alarm wiring harness and take the fuse out of it
all firebirds 94 and up take 134a freon
Considering that there is no such thing as a Ford Firebird, I would say its impossible. I'm guessing you're trying to say either a Ford Thunderbird or a Pontiac Firebird. And both are VERY different to take out
It is possible the power steering fluid is low,or the belt is loose.
