pull out the battery or what ever is in front of it , or get a flash light and get your hands in there. it cant be that hard , you must atleast look at the back or call Toyota to see if it is poossible to remove the bulb and how to do it
open the hood remove the air intake funnel remove the base of the air duck and you will find the blower..

The belt that you refer to is a self adjusting steel belt that is inside the engine. It does not need replacement.
follow the water hose under the car, remove the base where the water hose hook in to, in it will be inside the base,don't forget to drain the water before you do anything

I learned that the trick to removing the inside handle is to place a piece of cloth in the gap between the handle and cover and work it back and forth, eventually popping the clip off and sliding the handle out. It worked. You replace the clip by pushing with a flat screwdriver.
There is an adjustment screw behind each headlight inside the engine bay. Clockwise adjustment raises the beam, counter-clockwise lowers it.
if u take off the egr valve and tap it it on something to knock out the carbon built up inside ,and put it back on, its a free fix,just the labor involved
looks like you need to replace the actuator that activate the power locks in inside the door, but before you do that spray some elctric contac cleaner on the elements on the side of the door .
Take the trans out, the clutch is inside the trans ^_^
