When you are talking with they talk about one anothers interests, likes, dislikes, with a topic a conversation can evolve. Offer information about yourself or ask them about themselves and things should be able to take off from there.
Its simple, if you don't have anything to say then don't say anything. Nobody wants to here someone stutter and say boring things because they are trying to start a conversation. Think of what you are about to say before you say it.

To judge someone unfairly means to think or say negative things about that person before you get to know them

I Love You (name). Wrong, i think you should let the person know how you feel , and how you know your in love with them. Because if you just say i love you , then it technically doesnt mean your "in love" with them .
