Find something your baby enjoys, whether it's food, a toy, a stuffed animal, etc. and see if anything makes her stop crying.
After she sees the item she enjoys and stops crying you are free to teach her what you want. If the baby won't listen to you because he/she is too focused on the toy, try rewarding it to her when she listens.
If this method doesn't work, try a pacifier.
