Swampert doesn't actually learn curse off-hand; technically you can't "teach" it to him. However, you can breed a swampert with curse. You have to have a female and breed it with the male of some other Pokemon that knows curse, a slowbro, for example.

You simply can't, it is a Water and Ground type so it is unlikely it will be able to learn or use Curse at all.Curse is most commonly used by Ghost Pokemon.That's wrong, you teach Swampert curse by breeding it with other Pokemon who know the move curse. Slowpoke is a good example of this.
