There is no most challenging skill in gymnastics. In gymnastics, you can always do a harder skill. For example, you could always twist more times around or flip more times.
buy some pipe grips or you can punch a screwdriver through and twist that way
It varies form lock to lock. Some you twist a dial, some you punch in the numbers.
Theoretically, as few as just one. Extend your arm with your tricep and your hand flops forward into your opponent's face. Mission accomplished. For an actual punch as hard as you can with good form, all muscles in your hand, your forearm to twist your wrist, tricep to extend your arm out all the way, Bicep to bring it back to guard, all areas of the deltoid, and a little bit of you pecs where the tendon connects to the front of the deltoid, Also your lats to keep your arm up and lats for full extension, because the are connected to traps, and deltoid, your abdominal and obliques to twist your body with the punch for more power, and also your hip flexors, all leg muscles (whether you twist rear leg or not for power) to keep you standing and balance after the punch so you don't fall over.
A mount is the way you get onto the beam eg. jump on spring board and front sault onto the beam etc. A dismount is the way you get off the beam eg. sault, layout twist etc. and land on the ground.
A very wide, looping punch intended to throw as much bodyweight as possible behind a punch. Can cause a KO if it connects, but this depends on your own power, the ability of the man in front of you to take a punch, your accuracy (no use if you punch the cranium), and the structural integirty of the punch - i.e. if you make a bad fist and your wrist isn't straight, you're just going to hurt yourself.
There are ALOT. some are easy like: cartwheel, round off, handstand, front walkover, back walkover, then there are not to hard but not so easy stunts such as: Front handspring, back handspring, front tuck, back tuck, ariels, dive roll, a dipper, a flenn, and there are the more challenging tricks like: Leg knocker tucks, crimple downs, full overs, full over twist, full over half twist, danglers, and SO MANY MORE!
