I am sad to say, you cant. You have to restart the game if it lets you like it let me, and if you cant even do that, you can either get it fixed or buy a new one. *note: if you get it fixed, it will still ask you to restart the game. (unless you some how find someone amazing enough to fix it)

First check it to see if anything is broken then tell your parents and maybe thay can fix it if they cant look online to see if any one knows how to fix the charger if you cant find anyone you have to buy a new one but they sell really cheap ones online so you dont have to worry keep trying and eventually you will fix it and you wont have to ask this question any more ;)
