Love is a two-ways feeling. You cannot love someone who does not love you back -You may feel tremendously infatuated but in the end, that's not real love because love feeds on love, it's a healthy feeling. If you have doubts, then you're probably not (yet) getting what makes you fulfilled, complete.... It doesn't mean his case is helpless, though.... Most boys/men have some problems finding out what they really sense, so just give him time. I would advise you not to say that straight away; wait a bit, at least until the moment when the chances you might be asking yourself 'I'm not sure' are reduced to zero.
