∙ 13y agoOn the beach (route 213) you have a house, the house of dr. Footstep. Enter that house, with the Pokemon you want to rate as first Pokemon in your team. If your Pokemon are happy with you, he will give them a Footstep Ribbon.
Pokemon get happier this way:
-Walk much with them (the Pokemon should be the first Pokemon in your team
-Level the Pokemon up, very much
-Win fights with the Pokemon
-In Veilstone City, near the Gym, there is a house. The girl in one of the houses will give your Pokemon a massage. Note: you can only take the masssage once a day.
