He may look at you for a longer period of time than other less interested guys might. He may offer you a complement on your "look" or "style" or eye color or something a bit personal. He might share a private bit of info with you and you only. He might visit you at work, at home, or call a bit more often than others. He could find some interest in things you are already interested in. His touch can be a good clue, like leaning into the side of your arm or chest as if to almost hug you. Basically it is the eye contact, verbal cues, and physical closeness that can be the best indicators.
Eye contact is HUGE among gay males. Traditionally, if one male stares at another, then they are forming a fight scenario of some kind....it just isn't done between heteros. Gays on the other hand are free to communicate with eye contact-it's what we do. Just make sure the guy you're staring at isn't a raging homophobe. Best way is to candidly talk about gay hate crimes, gay civil right, gay marriage etc. Gage his answers carefully. Proceed to other things if you feel you have a green light. Guys like bonding, all guys to some extent....it doesn't mean they are gay, however. I've even had very touchy heteros make what I would guess to be obvious cues towards me. No, they were just touchy heteros. With some people it just takes time, a lot of talking and familiarity.
It may be because he has a low opinion of the other guy. Also, it may be that he likes you and doesn't want you interested in other guys.
then the guy will tell the girl yes he has heard of another guy...

Find another guy to like.
you tell him tell him take his lies and lie to another women..
If you are hanged out with another guy, you have no boyfriend anymore. You should have told him before, not afterwards.
That's actually kind of a tough one. Sure, they may. But by chance the guy who knows of another guy that likes you doesn't tell you, he may like you as well and feels threatened. Or, maybe he doesn't feel the other guy is good enough for you. There are a multiple of answers for this question. But if he, personally, has no opinion on the matter, then he probably will tell you. If you're good enough of friends with him, that is.
Honesty is always the best policy.
She looks more at the guy than you. Check her phone.
Well, if its a guy, and he is shanking a woman while another guy is shanking him...
