The ring can't get lost inside of your vagina (or bladder for that matter). Your cervix, which is located at the end of your vagina, prevents the ring from traveling up into your uterus.

I'm on nuva ring and i started to brown bleed and now full blown bleeding while still nuva ring is still inserted what should i do take the ring out?
The same thing happened to me. You're supposed to leave the ring in place for the full three weeks to ensure protection. Supposedly you can spot any time that you're on the ring and be fine. If you phone the Nuvaring hotline, they'll tell you to go see your doctor if it keeps up/happens again next month.
Is a woman still fertile if she is told there is no more eggs in the ovaries but still has periods uses the nuva ring?
I know of no medical diagnostic tools that allow a health care provider to tell a woman she has no more eggs in her ovaries. I would pay to see that report. Women who still have periods are advised to use some method of contraception if they don't want to get pregnant. Nuva Ring is a highly effective method.

Like taking the pill, antibiotics can reduce the efficiency of the Nuvaring. There could be many more medications so the best thing to do is phone your pharmacist (or any drug store pharmacist) and tell them you are on Nuvaring and is it alright to take this medication. I do that with anything I have to take.
