You can tell if a guy is heartbroken by the way you act if you know he was happy with someone and see that he's sad afterwards then he's heartbroken. ∙ 13y agowell if you have to ask something like that than you are either 1. not heart broken or 2. still in the shock of the break up. a good way to tell if you are heart broken is that person is always on your mind therefor your feeling have not changed since the break up. you might feel like you are standing in the middle of everything that reminds you of that person no matter how hard you try to get them off your mind. the best thing for you to do is if they dont want you, move on to someone that will love you just as much as you love them, because if they broke your heart they are the type that is always going to be looking for the next best thing when in the end you were all they needed but was to stupid to see it for themself. they will see it one day but when that day comes you will be long gone. hope this helps

I know this may seem like a simple answer but when your heart has been broken you know. The pressure on your chest. The choking up. The dark cloud over your head. You cant escape it.

It's like nothing matters at that time and you want the world to stop turning it's a pain you never felt and never want to again and you ask how can one person do this much damage and not care u sleep so you don't feel the hurt anymore and when you wake you wake with tears … that's a broken heart and people say love is a good feeling it's also the worse feeling ,,,
