the model number will most likely have anumber that coinsides with feet such as12=1 ton,24=2 ton,30=2.5ton and so on. some upgrades may have numbers like 32 instead of 30, but that's usually on the inside unit the outside unit generally sticks with the 12=1ton rule
The tonnage is usually found on the nameplate on the condensing unit outside. 12000 btu= 1 ton 24000=2 ton and so forth.
yes when you tell us the model number so someone can tell you what the rating is.
Usually stamped on the outside of the handler.

how do you know if the air conditioner in your car works in the winter
copper pipe
can some tell me where the port is the 1993 lexus so I can recharge air conditioner
Could it be because an air conditioner is not designed to produce heat?
The problem is probably outside. Can`t tell you much more than that from here. The condenser unit outside was not running. I checked the circuit breaker box and found the 220 breaker had been switched off. Turned it back on and now it's running and I'm getting cool air.
checking your post orders
You can use a thermometer or a weather app on your smartphone to tell the temperature outside.
Can't tell from that info. .
