Click on your username at the top-right of the page, and select 'profile' from the drop-down menu. On your profile page - Click 'My Pages' - and select 'My contributions'. When it shows your contributions - Under your username - should be an option 'Filter by: Action' - Click the down-arrow to the right of the word 'action' and select 'questions asked - then click the orange 'Go' button. This will show a list of the questions you've asked starting with the most recent.

You can answer an answer on this site by login in into the site and then select the unanswered question and then you answer themn and publish.
No, the last reactor was shut down in December of 2000. However, they are still working of cleaning and removal today.
