There are 2 anastomosis of the hip joint, a cruciate and trochanteric. I'm not sure about the veins which contribute to the hip joint but i can tell you the arteries and maybe that will help you trace down the venous drainage. Cruciate: inferior gluteal a. lateral circumflex femoral a. medial circumflex femoral a. the first perforating a. of profunda femoris Trochanteric: medial circumflex femoral a. lateral circumflex femoral a. superior gluteal a. inferior gluteal a. a. = artery by the way Hope this helps :D

No, liver lobes and lobules are different. Liver lobes are the grossly (non-microscopically) visible portions of the liver. Most animals have 6 lobes; right lateral, right medial, quadrate, caudate, left medial and left lateral. In some animals these lobes are fused (so it is hard to tell which lobe is which). Lobules are the microscopic units of the liver. The classical lobule is a hexagonal shape with a central vein at the centre and portal triads (portal vein, hepatic artery and bile duct) at some (or all) of the corners. Please see the related links for diagrams of the liver lobes and lobules.
Just could mean he needs to say something important such as some sort of private discussion he feels he needs to tell you about. If anything, whether it's something relationship wise or something else, go ahead for it, at least he trusts you some sort of way to tell you something. If he doesn't tell you something as far as it coming to liking you, I wouldn't worry about it.
