The way to tell your mom you are moving out is not going to be easy. But if it is what you need to do. Let her down easy and don't being the other parent in to this. Tell her you need to do this for your self and that you love her a lot. Give her a date that you will be leaving and don't let her change your mind about it.

∙ 14y agoTry looking for real estate in the area you want to move to. Show your mom how responsible you are. If she's worried about not being able to find another job you could look around for her. Also talk to her about it. Tell her why you don't like where you live and explain to her that you think moving would be the best option. Any good mother would agree after all that!
