It's always hard to be honest with the people we love in life. The best way I've found and I assume that I am a lot older than you are, is to sit down and write your boyfriend a letter. Don't be rude, just tell him what it is about your relatonship that you find is not working as they should be. Don't point fingers at him and certainly not at yourself, but be as honest as you can. Read your letter several times over. Be sure that it is honest and truthful and if you really want this relationship to continue tell him to write you back the same way that you wrote to him, with honesty and intergrety. At first he may not like your letter, but make sure he reads it and not while he's watching something on TV. If he truly loves you this letter to him with a request for one back in writing will give you your answers. Do not write in anger. I tell you this as I learned it in a course for couples in trouble The name of the course is called Marriage Incounter. I don't know if it still exists but this kind of communiication worked for an awful lot of people. Saved a lot of marriages too. Hope you try it. What have you to loose?
