The best thing to do is to be completely honest and comfortable. Sitting down as a group or individually (whichever you prefer to be more comfortable) can help, and then calmly explain that you think you have a problem with eating and would like to get help to get better and are only asking for them not to judge you and to support you. If a person truly cares about you, they will respect whatever you do and not pressure you, only be there to support you.
