the first step is to break up with her, tell her that you really like her but only as a friend say some positives about her like your smart nice funy etc. then say the reason im leaving you is because i dont love You anymore i love someone else, chances are that she will get a bit upset so hold her tight and listen to what she has to say then say that you have feelings for men and explain the rest

IF you say, "I'm bisexual", you're basically telling her you're interested in sex with someone else. She might not want to hear that. So what you say, when the time is right, is "I've had sex with men and women". The right time might be when she says "Where did you learn to do that?" or "Are you a virgin?" or "I think homosexuals are disgusting/terrific."

You could just simply tell her. If you think that she will break up with you due to you being bi then I think the best thing to do is just break it off. you could look at pics on her phone.
