How do you ask your mom to get a thong?

This question may be awkward to ask but some children have a different relation ship with their parents. It depends, are you growing breast yet? If you are tell your mom I think I'm ready. Try asking your mum when she's calm and is not all stressed out because then she will just ignore you. So just pick the right timing to ask. :) If you are want your first bra, this can be slightly awkwards to ask your mum to take you. If you want, try a simple approach. "Mum, I would like to start wearing a bra. Can you take me to the store to get one?" If she disagrees, some reasons you could argue is that it would make you feel more comfortable in general, prevent awkward moments if you change in fornt of others (maybe for gym in school, for example), it would make some clothes fit and look better, you are old enough / developing and should have a bra. If you are not too comfortable, maybe try to drop some small hints. Look at a display or store window if you are shopping wiht your mum in the mall. Maybe comment to your mum how you feel uncomfortable without something under a certain shirt. More likely than not, your mum will take you. Just be confident about asking. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Literally every woman wears a bra of some sorts, and they probably had to ask their mums for it at one point in their lives, too. If it would make you feel better, ask someone (like a sister, friend, ect.) how thy asked their mums for their first bra. Maybe they can give you some pointers. I actually bought my first one by myself. Then I told my mum, and she bought me a few more. She was perfectly fine with it, too.

Trust me l have been through this stage , we have to remember that your mother has gone through this stage already ! so stop stressing this is a sign of growing up however if you are just asking for one because your friends have one then you will have to explain to your mother about your situation and tell her if you at least could wear a training bra to start off with . Say that you want to try them out. My mom bought me one when I was 12. I told her I wanted to try them and she went thong shopping with me at Victoria's Secret. We got bras and lipgloss, too. Don't be shy.
