In my 2006 PT Cruiser I did it in 2 different ways: Method A : Lift the front of the car. At the botton of the readiator I disconnected the fan cables. Make a secure connection with the battery and test the fan. Method B : Find the set of 2 relay for the fan at the top of the radiator, passenger side. Remove the cap of the relay and find the 2 red cables terminals. Jump those terminals and the fan should start. Try with both relays.

To replace the radiator fan in a 2003 PT Cruiser, first disconnect the negative battery cable for safety. Remove the fan shroud by unscrewing the bolts and unplugging the electrical connector. Then, take out the old fan by unscrewing its mounting bolts. Install the new fan by reversing the process, ensuring all connections are secure before reconnecting the battery.
