take off both terminals clean them with sandpaper or wire brush and do the same for the battery.
On Board Diagnostics I ( it should have an EEC TEST connection in the engine compartment somewhere near the battery )
Then replace it.

Physically remove the horn from the car. Ground it to a good ground on the engine, or car body. Attach a lead to the positive ( + ) side of the battery, with the free end, touch the connection on the horn and it should blow( sound ).
have your alternator check. It is like that for most car. It is not the battery's fault. But you could have a lose connection to your battery.
