yes -- grapes have sulfites them selves and they use sulfites in the drying process so all dried fruits have sulfites !!! unless there is some new health food type or brand that i don't know about ??? ------------ 1. The content of sulfites in raisins depends on the type. Not all raisins contain sulfites. 2. The drying process involve sometimes sulfur dioxide. 3. Wines contain sulfites but in not dangerous concentrations.
Raisins are dried grapes. The inside should be the dried flesh of the grape. They may have been treated with sulfur dioxide and/or sulfites for color retention or extending shelf life.
sulfites are mostly insoluble except for the Na, K, NH4 sulfites
does grey goose flavored vodka have sulfites
There are two scoops of raisins in every box of Kellogg's Raisin Bran. As to which brand actually does have more raisins, or how big the scoops really are, is debatable.
