Turn on the ignition key but don't start the engine. Check all the warning lights that are on against the diagram in the owner's manual (the parking brake may not light unless the brake is engaged). When you've confirmed they're all working start the engine. If everything's operating properly all the lights will turn off.

The instrument cluster is also the body computer.
Grab the top of the instrument cluster surround and pull towards you. It should pop right out. You now have exposed the instrument cluster. There are two screws on each side. Unscrew them and pull the cluster out. On the back side you will see the light sockets. Twist the one that is bad to the left and pull out the socket. pull out bulb and replace.
