One contributor's response:
Well, thank you. While it is true that I spend a lot of time on the computer -- and WikiAnswers accounts for quite a bit of the time -- alas, it is not my job.
I am a 63-year-old retiree. I retired about 6 years ago due to COPD. Most of my answers come off the top of my head -- having heard about it, read about it, or lived through it.
Thanks again.
Premier Answerers are dedicated Answers.com contributors who spend much of their time researching and answering questions. Typically, they are experts in a particular field or topic and possess the knowledge to answer complex or detailed questions.
You can thank people at wikianswers by either recommending them because they have answered your question or any other questions. Or you can also leave a message on that person's message board and thank him/her personally.
If you visit the Math leaderboard via the Match category page, you will see many great answerers for this month and previous months.

Not everyone who answers questions uses perfect spelling or grammar. Sometimes other answerers make minor edits to tidy up such imperfections.
