When Sargon defeated its previous ruler, Mesopotamia is composed of city-states that revolted against him. Sargon's creation of an empire started with the conquest of each city state, and led to the building of the city of Babylon.
Mesopotamia was isolated due to be surrounded by mountains and desert. Because of this civilization could only develop around the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers.
The Sargon's creation of an empire effected Mesopotamia because there empire o what they called n empire wasn't fully developed to there standards so it made it very hard.
He did have a major impact. Sargon of Akkad united Mesopotamia so originally there would be one major impact--fear. How else would you feel as you were in a battlefield with a person who united a whole place.

Sargon's rule, established by Sargon of Akkad around 2334-2279 BCE, marks one of the earliest known empires in history. It is characterized by the unification of various city-states in Mesopotamia under a centralized authority, promoting trade, cultural exchange, and advancements in administration. Sargon's innovative use of military power and skilled governance laid the groundwork for future empires in the region. His legacy influenced subsequent rulers and the development of imperial structures in the ancient Near East.
