Ocular Albinism is a type of albinism that affects mostly vision. It commonly comes with the lack of melanin in the skin that occurs in regular albinism.

Chromosome 9.
Albinism is not a disease. People with albinism have little or no pigment in their eyes, skin, or hair. They have inherited altered genes that do not make the usual amounts of pigmment called melanin. Albinism affects people from all races. Most children with albinism are born to parents who have normal hair and eye color for their ethnic backrounds. There are different types of albinism, but all forms are associated with vision problems.
NOAH (The National Organization for Albinism and Hypopigmentation) has Low Vision Aids for sale. Active Forever also sells Low Vision Aids on their website.

I think no. It's caused by a recessive gene so if a person has albinism their genotype can only be recessive, recessive ---> AA (small a small a or whatever you call it). No other genotype will mean that person has Albinism, like if it has at least one big A, that means it's just a carrier of albinism.
The albinistic are generally as healthy as the rest of the population, but lack of pigment in the eyes also results in problems with vision, both related and unrelated to photosensitivity. Albinism is associated with a number of vision defects.
The OPTIC NERVE, OCCIPITAL LOBE, and VISUAL CORTEX will be affected if there is something wrong with your vision. But there maybe underline issues that could cause problems with your vision as well.
