you need to adjust the rear brakes and that will tighten up the e brake. If that doesnt help, you may need new rear brake shoes.

you can find the switch on the back of the brake pedal.
To change the passenger side rear brake light on a 1999 Chevy Prizm, start by opening the trunk and removing the access panel or carpeting on the side where the light is located. Unscrew the retaining screws holding the tail light assembly in place, then gently pull the assembly out. Disconnect the wiring harness, then twist the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove it. Replace the old bulb with a new one, reassemble the light assembly, and test the brake light to ensure it’s working.
Caliper pins.
I have a 99 Chevy prizm. The throttle body is located on the driver side of the car in the engine. Following the air filter housing (the black tube) you will it connected to the engine. It will have a clamp on it. You need a screwdriver to loosen the clamp. It might be a bit hard to remove.
its under the car next to the gas tank, on the left side, if your are standing in front of the car. you'll have to remove your muffler to get at it .
