How do you play donkey kong on Nintendo 64?

I haven't played for awhile so I am not entirely sure... When you get to the main menu you select the crown that is labeled kong battle, two selections will appear; a battle arena, and a normal kong match. After you select one of these a choose your character type screen appears. You should see Donkey Kong on top and three other question marks. Plug in the same ammount of controllers as people who want to play. Press start on each controller, choose your kong, and let the battle begin!

you are saying its on the d.s. right? if so when you start there would be three choices when you first start which would be, vs, adventure and rec room. vs would be the multiplayer.

Yes you can. You battle the other player as you run around and hit each other so they lose stars. As I know you can play as Yoshi, Mario, Luigi and I think Wario

Well, To start this game you need to install a better graphic card to the 64 (Donkey kong is one of the best graphic games to Nintendo 64) That should be included in the Donkey Kong game box which came when you buyed the game. To change Graphic cards simle open the lock which is located at the front in upside view on the console, use a knife or something to get out the graphic card and just replace it. If you dont have the graphic card, you can surely find one at E-bay or something.

You must learn a move for Donkey Kong I believe is called Strong Kong and use it to pull a switch by the Arcade. To pull the switch stand on the spot where the feet are and face the switch then press the B button.
