How do you tone your abdomin?

Ashtanga yoga is excellent at toning abdominal muscles. The excercises are desgined to constantly use your abdonimal muscles to support your body. You will not build up muscle mass, but you will strengthen and tone everything. ==my $.02 == Gotta get rid of the fat to see them. Haven't seen mine in a long time!
