Lets say you wanna trade Lugia from XD.First get a connecter cable and connect a gameboy advance to the gamecube.

Next trade Lugia(or whatever other Pokemon)to your gameboy.

When your done switch the gamecube Pokemon game,do the same thing and trade your Pokemon to Colloseum
